The accident occurred on the 5th of October at around 3:47 pm near the town of Upsala, MN, located in Elmdale Township. The victim, identified as Dale Breth, a 54-year-old resident of Burtrum, MN, was engaged in the seemingly mundane task of inflating a tractor tire when the rim exploded, resulting in the injury.
