The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted for illegal dumping. The suspect, identified as Kenthro Roach, a Black male born on November 16, 1977, is wanted in connection with an incident that occurred last month.
According to the New Orleans Police Department News, the illegal dumping took place near the Michoud off-ramp from Interstate 10. A warrant has been issued for Roach’s arrest.
