The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Dante Jackson, a suspect in an auto theft case from October 3. According to NOPD News, two vehicles were stolen that night from the 300 block of North Peters Street and were later recovered.
Investigators working on the case have successfully taken two individuals into custody in connection with the crime. Wanted for standing at six feet tall, Jackson, a Black male born on April 11, 2005, remains at large, with authorities issuing a warrant for his arrest. His accomplices, Javon Morgan and Lamar Logan, both identified as Black males born on August 29, 2007, and July 17, 2003, respectively, have been arrested.
The public is encouraged to share any information that may help locate Dante Jackson. The NOPD advises anyone with relevant details to contact Eighth District detectives at 504-658-6080. Those who wish to remain anonymous can provide tips through Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111.
