The New Orleans Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a person connected to a case of criminal damage. According to New Orleans Police Department, surveillance equipment operated by the Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC) was vandalized by an unidentified suspect.
The incident occurred early on Saturday last week, affecting RTCC units in the Eighth District. Police have released an image of the suspect and are asking anyone with information to contact Eighth District detectives at 504-658-6080 or reach Crimestoppers anonymously at 504-822-1111.
The RTCC is a key component of the city’s law enforcement system, using surveillance technology to support public safety operations.
