But as we ease into Saturday, clouds will begin to gather, and with them, a slight chance of showers post 1pm which, introduces the possibility of a damper on outdoor activities with a 20 percent chance of precipitation.
The weather takes a more certain turn on Sunday, with showers likely and the potential for a thunderstorm. It's expected to be mostly cloudy with a still-warm high of 79 degrees, though this time winds will shift southward at 10 to 15 mph, bringing with them a 70 percent chance of rain. The forecast from NWS notes that Sunday night's likelihood of rain will decrease to 30 percent before 1am, with the clouds parting somewhat as temperatures lower to around 67 degrees.
