This closure, in force between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. on Wednesday, will accommodate the clearing of trees for the upcoming roundabout project on Route CC, according to a recent advisory from the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT).
While this might throw a wrench in the daily commutes, both Route CC and Main Street will remain open, ensuring that the usual flow of traffic is still possible even if it means taking the scenic route.
