According to a report by Cleveland19, Francisco was arraigned on Friday morning, with the court setting his bond at $1.1 million.
The charges against Francisco include one count of felonious assault (F1), two counts of felonious assault (F2), two counts of improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation (F2), and one count of inducing panic (F4), as was detailed by WKYC.
