As the early voting period in Fulton County heads towards the finish line, a significant number of citizens have already made their voices heard. Ahead of the Public Service Commissioner Election and Municipal Special Election set on November 4, more than 63,000 residents have cast their ballots, according to Fulton County's latest update. Voters who have not yet cast their ballots are reminded that early voting will close at 6 p.m. on Halloween night.
To avoid possible Election Day lines, voters may cast ballots at any of Fulton County’s 24 early voting sites. The county has released the full list of locations, including seven that also serve as Absentee Ballot Drop Box sites. Early voting ends today; those who do not participate must wait until November 4 and vote at their assigned polling place.
Come November 4, those who missed the early voting window will need to exercise their right at their assigned location, a single point of decision-making for each voter, the difference between contributing to the future or merely spectating as it unfolds, and although the early voting may seem like a mere preliminary to some.
