Twenty-eight-year-old Justin Ortega-Mejia of Portland now faces charges for the crime committed back in March of 2022. Law enforcement officials from the Portland Police Bureau's East Precinct apprehended Ortega-Mejia on Wednesday, according to a press release issued by the Portland Police Bureau.
