The search for 15-year-old Amarie Woods has intensified as the Oakland Police Department receives a tip from a witness claiming to have seen the missing teen. Woods, who is at-risk due to her age, has been missing for nearly two weeks. According to the Oakland Police Department, a witness reported seeing her last Saturday, around 4:00 PM, on the 1600 block of International Boulevard.

Amarie was last seen on September 19 at approximately 9:35 AM near the 4300 block of Tompkins Avenue, wearing a silver sweater and multi-colored shorts. The Oakland Police Department describes her as a Black female, 5'5" tall, and weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Hoodline reports that community members and law enforcement are involved in a desperate search to find her.
