In Phoenix, two men were shot around 11:20 p.m. Saturday at a party near 99th Avenue and Camelback Road. Following up shortly after midnight, Mesa police dealt with a stabbing at a large party near Loop 101 and Baseline Road. A confrontation involving several individuals, reportedly unwelcome at the event, escalated. They found a man who had been stabbed upon their arrival, said ABC15. The injured was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and a 19-year-old was identified as the primary aggressor was arrested on multiple charges, including disorderly conduct and threats.
Scottsdale police were summoned to a disturbance around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, where a juvenile was shot at a large party near Thompson Peak Parkway and Bell Road. Witnesses, who were at the scene when the police arrived, saw the victim taken to the hospital with injuries not threatening their life. While no arrests have been made, Scottsdale officers described the investigation as ongoing.
