A shooting outside a Ft. Lauderdale convenience store last Friday night left one man with a gunshot wound and another injured after an altercation. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the Melrose Park neighborhood, outside the Kwik Pick Food Market at 3870 SW 2nd Court, according to a report from Wilsonnews2025 on Instagram.
Plantation Police officers responded to the scene following reports of gunfire. “One person was shot. The other involved party sustained injuries, however, not from a gunshot. Both parties are being treated at area hospitals,” Officer Chavez Grant said in a statement released yesterday, as reported by Local 10.
