The St. Charles Parish Council will hold a meeting on November 3 at 6:00 pm in the Council Chambers. Contracts with ELOS Environmental, LLC, are proposed for work at the Turtle Pond Pump Station and other drainage improvements. Additionally, a $2.78 million contract with Pintail Contracting Services, LLC, is proposed for upgrades to the St. Charles Parish Water Treatment Plant West Bank D Plant Clarifier.
