Police reports unveil that on September 8, an 80-year-old woman was subjected to the terror of bullets piercing her 2014 Buick Regal. She was subsequently shot in the hand and needed hospital treatment. Investigators identified Leb as a suspect after he fled the scene, connecting him to the violent outburst due to his vehicle's registration. In the aftermath, Leb openly admitted his actions were fueled by rage – he despised how the elderly woman was maneuvering her car, as per his statement obtained by FOX2now.
The ordeal took an alarming turn when, amidst the arrest, Leb claimed possession of a "ticking" bomb. This prompted the authorities to evacuate his apartment complex on Briarhaven Trail Court, leading them to what appeared to be a bomb.
