Described as standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 115 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, he was wearing a black sweatshirt, black jeans, and black and white tennis shoes at the time of his disappearance. The search for Bailey has been concentrated in the direction of Uniontown, although his specific destination remains unknown, as per information from the News 5 Cleveland release.
