
A three-vehicle crash in Tyngsborough, Massachusetts, last night left three people injured, including one woman with potentially life-threatening injuries. NBC Boston reported that the crash occurred around 6:18 p.m. near 24 Long Pond Road. Emergency crews found multiple damaged vehicles at the scene.
Police said the female driver was critically injured and was airlifted by MedFlight to a trauma center in the Worcester area. A man and another woman involved in the crash were taken to a local hospital, though their conditions have not been released. Long Pond Road was temporarily closed while Tyngsborough Police and Massachusetts State Police investigated the scene, according to Boston 25 News.
The cause of the crash has not yet been determined, and no charges have been filed. Authorities continue to investigate and have advised the public to avoid the area while the roadway remains under review.
