The incident, which occurred at 3:34 PM near 87th Avenue and Van Buren Street, involved an adult male suspect who reportedly approached a juvenile female, "grabbed her by the arm, and attempted to pull her away," according to a statement obtained by the City of Tolleson's official website. The young girl managed to break free from the assailant, who then fled the scene heading eastbound on Van Buren Street.
The police have successfully identified the suspect in question, although his current whereabouts remain unknown. Law enforcement officials are now actively seeking to locate the individual and are asking for the public's help. However, they strongly advise community members not to attempt to approach or confront the suspect directly.
