The Tulsa Police Department is actively searching for 77-year-old Heberto Ayala, whose disappearance has raised concerns within the local community. According to a social media post shared by the department, Ayala was last seen last Wednesday morning, near 1600 N. College in Tulsa. Standing at 5'4" with black hair and brown eyes, Ayala was described as wearing a black jacket and green pants at the time of his disappearance.
Concerns deepen as this isn't the first instance where Ayala has gone missing. A few weeks prior, the elderly man, who weighs 160 pounds, was discovered in Mexico after vanishing in Eagle Pass, Texas. The repetitive nature of these incidents seems to increasingly weigh on community members and officials, who have continued to search extensively for the missing septuagenarian. The police have yet to publicly speculate on the reasons behind Ayala's disappearances, but the urgency to find him remains clear.
The Tulsa Police Department is asking anyone who might have information regarding Heberto Ayala's whereabouts to come forward. In their social media appeal, they urge those who can offer any leads to contact Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
