The incident, which unfolded shortly before 6 p.m. on Sunday at the intersection of Executive Center Boulevard and West Paisano Drive, has prompted the involvement of the El Paso Police Department's Special Traffic Investigations Unit, as confirmed in a news media message by Officer Adrian Cisneros.
