According to a recent press release by the Chicago Police, Perez was last seen on the 4300 block of N. Bernard St. Authorities have classified her as an endangered missing teen, underlining the critical nature of her disappearance.
Perez is described as a Hispanic female, 5’1″ tall, weighing approximately 120 lbs, with blue eyes and black hair. On the day of her last contact, she was reportedly wearing a black hoodie, joggers, and pink slippers. The release indicates that she is known to frequent the Gage Park area, potentially providing a starting point for community members who may be on the lookout.
