According to their request for help, Legrand was last seen yesterday at approximately 3:30 PM near Hayward High School. The police department has described her as an at-risk juvenile, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, and recognizable by her long black braids with blonde streaks.
Individuals with information regarding Legrand's whereabouts are encouraged to contact the police. She was last seen wearing a dark blue tie-dye matching set and a black sweater, per the San Leandro Police Department.
