According to ABC15, two lanes were reopened later, but not before impacting morning commuters.

However, the Arizona Department of Transportation guided motorists, taking them off at 75th Avenue, until lanes were reopened before 5:45 a.m. During the closure, video from the scene was made available on ABC15's digital platforms.
