Atlanta city officials announced a Turkey Drive to assist 500 families during the holiday season. The Turkey Drive will take place at the Rosel Fann Recreation Center, located at 365 Cleveland Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30354, with local businesses contributing to provide holiday meals for families in need.
According to the city's release, the event is supported by partners including Atlanta Life Insurance Company and Kaleidoscope Hair Care. Restaurateurs from Whiskey Mistress, the community organization Celebs Give Back, and Bella Nissan are also participating in the effort.
The Turkey Drive is scheduled for todaym, starting at 1:00 p.m. Media representatives are invited to arrive at 12:40 p.m. and are asked to RSVP by emailing [email protected] to help ensure the event runs smoothly.
