In observance of the World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims, the City of Charlotte is hosting an event at Mint Museum Randolph. A recent social media post from the city noted that the day is recognized globally every third Sunday of this month. The event, scheduled for 6 p.m. today, invites community members to honor victims like Adrion Avery and to engage in discussions about improving street safety.
