
The Cincinnati Police Department has issued a call for assistance in locating missing resident Mr. Joseph Coleman, who suffers from dementia and was last seen in the Over-the-Rhine (OTR) area last Saturday, November 1. The Cincinnati Police Department reached out to the public through a social media post early this morning, urging anyone with information to come forward.

Officials are particularly concerned due to Mr. Coleman's medical condition and are working to quickly reunite him with his family.
