
An accident in North St. Louis County involved a vehicle, a horse, and its rider. KSDK reported that the crash occurred last night around 6:15 p.m. near the intersection of Lindbergh Boulevard and Candlewyck Club Drive. St. Louis County Police said that upon arriving at the scene.

The horse was pronounced dead at the scene, and the rider was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle, who sustained minor injuries, was treated at the scene and cooperated with police.

Authorities have not yet determined what caused the vehicle to hit the horse and rider.
