Drivers in the Columbia Woods Drive and Toney Drive areas will need to follow detours for an extended period. Road closures have been extended until December 10 to allow for ongoing sewer improvement projects aimed at upgrading local infrastructure, according to the DeKalb County.
Detour signs will be installed to guide traffic around the construction zones. Dates may change depending on weather conditions, and residents are advised to monitor updates. Construction work is scheduled from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, and residents should expect traffic deviations and construction activity during these hours.
