
Elk Grove police have identified 43-year-old Roderick Randall of Sacramento as the suspect in a shooting that left one person dead and three others wounded last Sunday inside a northeast Elk Grove gastro pub. Randall is considered armed and dangerous, and investigators urged anyone with information to contact the department. The shooting unfolded around 1:30 a.m. inside Z Town — an Asian gastro bar on the 8400 block of Elk Grove Florin Road.

We never have any problems." Many in the plaza reported morning chaos as emergency crews sealed off the parking area and investigators gathered video from nearby cameras.
