According to FOX 5 Atlanta, the building was already engulfed in flames by the time emergency services arrived, with thick smoke billowing into the air. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported in the incident.
Despite the early hour, the fire's glow and smoke were visible against the darkened Atlanta sky, causing concern for nearby residents and buildings, including the Georgia Department of Corrections. As of 5:20 a.m., crews were actively engaged against the fire, attempting to tame an unyielding adversary, 11Alive reported.
