A woman was fatally shot in a Flowery Branch home on Bushnell Court in an apparent murder-suicide, with a 51-year-old man also found dead in the basement. A nine-year-old girl witnessed the incident, hid in a closet, and alerted authorities by FaceTime, leading deputies to the scene last Saturday afternoon, as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta.
Juan Jimenez, a neighbor, said, "It's just extremely shocking," as he described the arrival of multiple patrol cars and a vehicle being towed, according to FOX 5 Atlanta.The incident is under investigation by Hall County authorities.
