Authorities are delving into the circumstances surrounding the death of Donald Eugene Kelly in Jonesboro, Georgia. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has stepped in at the behest of the local police to crack the case after Kelly, 50, was discovered deceased yesterday morning. According to the GBI's statement, his body was found lying in the roadway near Fayetteville Road and Williamson Mill Road at approximately 3:00 a.m.
