The Germantown Police Department's routine of safeguarding the community was punctuated by incidents involving drug possession and theft, according to a recent social media post detailing the day's crimes. On Thursday, law enforcement officers detained two individuals on the charge of carrying narcotics. The arrest took place at the 7600 block of Poplar Avenue.
Later that same day, at approximately 2:46 p.m., police responded to the 9300 block of Poplar Avenue after a victim reported that their wallet had been stolen from inside a local business, as reported by the Germantown Police Department. The incident is being investigated as "Theft of Property".
