The Germantown Police Department shared an update regarding recent criminal activities in the area with a daily crime report posted on social media. According to the report, three incidents were logged on November 4, which include domestic assault, fraud, and vandalism.
The first reported incident was a domestic assault that took place shortly after midnight at a residence located on the 1700 block of Hayden Road. The victim reported "a physical altercation" at their home, the Germantown Police Department confirmed. Later that day, at 12:32 p.m., a fraud complaint was received from the 6800 block of Travure Drive South, where a victim had reported the fraudulent use of their credit card. To quickly address this financial crime, police have likely started to investigate the matter.
Vandalism was the third reported crime, with a property on the 8500 block of River Glen Drive becoming the target. A victim reported that their residence was "intentionally damaged" at around 4:06 p.m., as noted by the police on their Facebook page.
