A time-honored gem of Cincinnati dining is on sale for the first time in over seven decades. Maury's Tiny Cove Steakhouse, a fixture since 1949, is now on the market with a price tag of $1,295,000. Located at 3908 Harrison Ave., the 5,400-square-foot property hosts more than 200 guests across two levels, features two bars, and includes a rear patio and ample parking space, Local 12 reported.

The owner cited retirement and a desire to spend more time with family as the reasons for selling. As the city's oldest steakhouse, Maury's has retained much of its original character and continues serving its signature pickles and classic steaks. The property also comes with all equipment included and benefits from a new 30-year roof.

According to WCPO, the restaurant's storied past began with Maurice Bibent III's vision when he opened its doors, inspired by his own zodiac sign to create the iconic dancing bull sign that still beckons guests today. "Maury made the restaurant famous by serving 'charry grilled steaks,' seafood and chicken and many of his original items, named after local sports teams, are still on the menu," the steakhouse's website notes. Intricately tied to the fabric of Cincinnati, Maury's Tiny Cove continues to offer a slice of history along with its celebrated dishes.
