
The Jacksonville Beach Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Robin Nikolas McAlarney, a suspect wanted on serious charges. A social media post from the department describes McAlarney as a white male, approximately 6'2" tall, weighing about 220 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. The post notes that he has acquired several tattoos since the only available photo was taken, which may have changed his appearance.
An arrest warrant for Robin Nikolas McAlarney was issued on October 21, charging him with DUI Manslaughter and Vehicular Homicide. The charges cite Florida Statutes F.S.S. 316.193(1), 316.193(3)(c)3(a) for DUI Manslaughter, and F.S.S. 782.071(1)(a) for Vehicular Homicide.
