Offering a diversity of housing types and enhanced streetscape engagement, the project is aimed at nurturing connectivity to Kirkwood’s downtown amenities Double Eagle Development is now moving into the design and planning phase, and it will actively incorporate public opinion by way of the City's zoning channels. "We are honored to have been selected by the City of Kirkwood for this transformative opportunity," Andrew Juiris, President of Development at Double Eagle Development, said in a statement provided by the City of Kirkwood, signaling the firm's eagerness to craft a project that mirrors the values of the Kirkwood community and fosters benefits for its residents.
Plans to initiate the approval process are on the calendar set to begin in November, with further details anticipated as the undertaking progresses.
