A stray bullet injured a man inside his Atlanta home late last Thursday night. Officers responded to 3021 Margaret Mitchell Dr NW around 11:47 p.m. after a shooting report, according to the Atlanta Police Department.
The victim suffered a grazing wound to his shoulder and was transported to the hospital by Grady EMS. Police believe the bullet entered through a window and was not aimed at the victim.
The circumstances of the shooting remain under investigation. No suspects have been identified, and the victim’s identity has not been released. The Atlanta Police Department is asking anyone with information to come forward.
