
A 66-year-old man was seriously injured early today after being struck by a vehicle in Dedham. The incident happened shortly after 5 a.m. at the intersection of Harris Street and High Street, according to Boston 25 News. Police confirmed that the victim’s identity has not yet been released.
NBC Boston reported that first responders provided aid before the man was taken to a Boston hospital, where he remains in serious condition. Details about his injuries have not been disclosed.
Dedham Police have not stated whether the driver will face charges. State police detectives from the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office are assisting in the investigation, which remains ongoing.
