As the chill of winter approaches, the Maple Grove Police Department is reaching out with an act of communal warmth, hosting a Winter Coat Drive to support those in need during the colder months. In collaboration with Justin Morneau's Winter Warm-Up, the initiative runs until December 14, offering a beacon of relief for individuals facing the harshness of winter without adequate protection.
Community members are encouraged to donate new or gently used coats, a gesture that can make a considerable difference for someone in need this season.
Those looking to contribute to the coat drive can bring their donations to the Public Safety Facility located at 12800 Arbor Lakes Parkway, as outlined on the Maple Grove official website.
