City of Memphis government offices will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, in observance of Veterans Day. There will be no solid waste collection for residents served by the City of Memphis Solid Waste Management division on that day.
Residents with Tuesday pickup should place their carts at the curb for collection on Wednesday, Nov. 12. Those with Wednesday through Friday collection will follow their regular schedule. Excess trash and yard waste collection will be limited during the holiday week, as reported by the City of Memphis.
Residents served by Team Waste will not experience any delays in service. For updates, residents can download the Memphis Curbside Collection app for free on Apple and Google devices. This schedule applies only to those serviced by the City of Memphis Solid Waste Management division.
