A man was killed in a hit-and-run in Miami-Dade County’s West Little River neighborhood early yesterday morning. Local 10 reports that the victim, whose identity has not been released, was struck by a black SUV around 5 a.m. while crossing the street.

The Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office said the southbound driver on Northwest 27 Avenue did not stop after hitting the man near Northwest 104 Terrace. He was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, where he later died. Deputies issued a BOLO alert for a 2023 black four-door Jeep, possibly with license plate 26-FEBB.
