The Milton Board of Zoning Appeals will review two variance requests at a meeting this Tuesday at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, with a livestream available on Milton’s official YouTube channel.
According to the City of Milton release, the first request, from 13805 Hopewell Road, seeks to increase the maximum lot coverage by 1.69 percent, down from an initial 4 percent request after input from the Design Review Board. The second request, for 12555 Sibley Lane, would reduce the minimum rear-yard setback by half to allow a pool cabana accessory structure.
The Board will also decide on its meeting schedule for 2026. BZA decisions follow the city’s public hearing process and can be challenged in Fulton County Superior Court.
