Shaking off the dust from their planning shelves, MPRB has an open house slated for December 4, where they promise to spill all the details, and park board commissioners are eyeing to give their go-ahead on the concept plan by the end of this year or might stretch it into early 2026; either way, construction is penciled in for a 2026 to 2027 timeline.
Community voices have a chance to be heard and questions to be answered—all are welcome to the open house that's going to take place at the Creekview Recreation Center, conveniently nestled at 5001 Humboldt Ave. North, simply drop on by anytime between 6 pm and 7:30 pm, according to an announcement released by the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board.
