Information provided by the Oklahoma City Police Department detailed that the vehicle associated with Mr. Fiesel, a gray 2016 Kia Sportage with Oklahoma tag CDZ-149, was last seen near 33rd and Broadway in Edmond at approximately 2 p.m. on the same day. With the knowledge of his medical condition, the concern for his safety was highlighted, stressing the urgency of his situation to the public.
