With the intention of keeping their operations running smoothly, Oklahoma City Utilities is urging customers to make contact via email. Doing this preserves phone lines for those facing water and sewer emergencies, as well as for other service inquiries. "Our goal is to meet people where they are and find reasonable solutions," Utilities Director Chris Browning conveyed on the OKC page. "We can't eliminate every challenge, but we can listen, act with compassion and help customers navigate a tough situation while maintaining the reliability of our services."
