OKLAHOMA CITY — An investigation is underway after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle at NW 10th and Lifestyle Dr. on Thursday night. The accident occurred just after 8:20 p.m., south of Lake Overholser, where the streets were subsequently closed to traffic as emergency personnel attended to the scene.
According to OKC FOX, the area where the incident took place was cordoned off. The driver, who was involved in the collision, reportedly called the police to report the accident and remained at the scene to fully cooperate with the ongoing investigation. Efforts were made by local authorities to quickly secure space for the investigation and to provide emergency care for the injured individual.
