The City of Lawrenceville has completed its 2025 council elections, adding two new members to the City Council. In the race for Council Post 3, Randy Travis received 1,062 votes, while Austin Thompson earned 527. For Council Post 4, Bryant Harris won with 1,021 votes against Marlene Taylor-Crawford’s 562. Although the results are still unofficial, they indicate a clear outcome for both positions.
According to the City of Lawrenceville’s official website, the newly elected members will begin their terms in January 2026. They will join current council members Victoria Jones and Bruce Johnson, along with Mayor David Still. Residents can access election results and other city information through the city website.
The election results come as the city addresses several ongoing issues. The incoming members are expected to begin work on various municipal matters once they assume office.
