
A young boy died after a crash involving a mini bike and a car yesterday afternoon in Riviera Beach. The incident happened around 2:57 p.m. in the 600 block of West Blue Heron Boulevard. Riviera Beach Fire Rescue transported the boy to St. Mary’s Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, according to CBS12.
Authorities are still investigating the crash. The driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with police, and no charges have been filed at this time. The Palm Beach County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine the official cause of death, WPBF reported.
The incident remains under active investigation by traffic homicide detectives.
