A San Diego neighborhood witnessed an unsettling scene last night when a cyclist and a vehicle collided, resulting in serious injuries. The San Diego Police Department reported that the accident occurred at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Everts Street in Pacific Beach. According to the SDPD Watch Commander's Log, the crash happened yesterday at approximately 8:03 PM.

A 55-year-old man was cycling south on 4400 Everts Street and continued straight into the intersection instead of making a required right turn.
