
San Jose Police Department officers made a significant arrest in a case involving a stolen vehicle, seizing a loaded firearm, drugs, and arresting a wanted felon. The vehicle stop took place near Capitol Ave and McKee Rd, as reported in a recent social media post from the San Jose Police Department.

The officers, during their investigation of the stolen car, discovered not just the vehicle, but also an unregistered, loaded firearm inside. The confiscated narcotics were in large quantities, pointing towards the intent to distribute. According to the San Jose Police Department, the driver, found to be a convicted felon, was also wanted for a parole violation. Stolen bank cards, counterfeit currency, and questionable tools linked to burglary were found alongside drug paraphernalia and gang indicia at the scene of the arrest.
"Thanks to our officers' proactive work, one more dangerous weapon is out of the wrong hands, helping keep our community safer for everyone," the San Jose PD post claimed. Recovered during the action was the stolen vehicle, while the suspect found himself booked into jail, facing several charges.
